摘要
為提高付家焉煤業10106綜放工作面的頂煤回收率,首先對工作面支架上方頂煤的塊度級配進行了現場實測,然后將測量結果引入數值模擬中,并分析了放煤厚度及放煤步距對頂煤放出量的影響,確定出合理的放煤厚度為2.5m,采高為3m,合理放煤步距為0.8m?,F場應用結果表明,采用優化的放煤工藝后,頂煤的平均回收率為86.5%,工作面平均回收率為90.41%,放煤效果較理想。

Abstract
In order to improve the recovery rate of top coal in the 10106 fully mechanized caving face of Fujiayan Coal Industry, on-site measurements are first conducted on the lumpiness grading of the top coal above the support of the working face. The measurement results are then introduced into numerical simulation, and the influence of coal caving thickness and step distance on top coal release amount is analyzed. A reasonable coal caving thickness of 2.5 m, a mining height of 3 m, and a reasonable coal caving step distance of 0.8 m are determined. The on-site application results show that after adopting the optimized coal caving process, the average recovery rate of the top coal is 86.5%, and the average recovery rate of the working face is 90.41%, indicating an ideal coal caving effect.
