摘要
隨著污染物排放指標提高,鄂爾多斯市轉龍灣煤炭有限公司燃煤蒸汽鏈條鍋爐煙氣凈化系統需提標改造,采取增加噴淋層提高液氣比、增加煙氣導流板優化煙氣流場、修正塔體煙氣進口角度等脫硫塔改造措施提高脫硫效率,通過改造布袋除塵器增加布袋過濾面積降低過濾風速,增加管束除霧器等措施提高除塵效果,新增臭氧脫硝系統提高脫硝效率。改造后運行效果:標準狀態下,NOx排放濃度由250mg/m3降低到50mg/m3以下,SO2排放濃度由60mg/m3降低到35mg/m3以下,粉塵排放濃度由25mg/m3降低到10mg/m3以下。每年可減少SO2排放量為15.12t,減少煙塵排放量為9.07t,減少NOx排放量為120.96t,減排效果明顯。

Abstract
With the improvement of pollutant emission indicators, the flue gas purification system of the coal-fired steam chain boiler of Ordos city Zhuanlongwan Coal Co., Ltd. needs to be upgraded and renovated. Renovation measures of the desulfurization tower such as increasing the spray layer to increase the liquid gas ratio, increasing the flue gas guide plate to optimize the flue gas flow field, and correcting the inlet angle of the flue gas in the tower body, and so on are taken to improve the desulfurization efficiency. The dust removal effect can be improved by measures such as renovating the bag dust collector, increasing the bag filter area, reducing the filter wind speed, increasing the tube bundle fog remover and so on, and adding an ozone denitration system to improve denitration efficiency. After the renovation, the operating effect under standard conditions is that the NOx emission concentration is reduced from 250 mg/m3 to below 50 mg/m3, the SO2 emission concentration is reduced from 60 mg/m3 to below 35 mg/m3, and the dust emission concentration is reduced from 25 mg/m3 to below 10 mg/m3. The annual reduction in SO2 discharge amount is 15.12 t, smoke and dust discharge amount is 9.07 t, and NOx discharge amount is 120.96 t. The emission reduction effect is significant.
